Good Luck but what preparing are you going to do. they won't examine you. the 2 interview offers I got so far sent me an interview day schedule and they both have 30-60 min for personal inteviews of applicants. I mean if they had 10 coming for interviews you will spend 5 mins with the program director. I guess the only thing an interview is good for is to tell them if you speak good english and look really interested in the job or not. but they would be stupid if they choose someone who is less qualified than you based on presentation in even an hour ling interview. the only possible senario on which the interview can skip a highly qualified applicant who speaks fluent english and behave in a really respectful and good manners. is to compete against a beautiful "doctoress" whom the program director would like to spend a night shift with and not in the hospital if I may say

hey guys thank you for the nice comments i just came home from the interview, i thought the interview was really nice, it started with the pc giving us a tour of the hospital which was really nice though the hospital was a bit old, but it really seemed like a nice place, and everybody seemed enjoying what they were doing, after that i had my interview with the PD who was a really nice guy asked me genral questions about my background and weither i wanted to do a fellowship after residency, i felt very comfprtable during the interview, the PD told me that he thinks im a good candidate and told me to think about joining them, and told that i could come for a second look if i wanted( but i dont think it was a frank prematch offer) and he also asked me to contact them after i'm done with the rest of my interviews, after that we met a couple of 3rd year residents who were really nice and seemed enjoying their residency, and really satisfied with the program, after that a chief resident sat with us and answered our questions, then we had lunch and attended the residents meeting, and then i went home and now im typing my experience, i thought my interview went really well, i still dont know if what the PD told was a serious prematch offer, or he was only being nice to me_ i would really like to hear your feedback on this guys_ otherwise everything was cool , and now is time to prepare for my flight tomorrow. good luck to all of you guys

Dr Lecter. I think the guy really likes you. if he is not serious he would tell you that he will contact you later if needed or simply tell you that they don't hire outside the match . I think at least there is no more than one guy he would prefer for the position or may be he doesn't want to fill the slots early before he interview other people. I think if you like them give them you can ask them if they can offer you an observership I think if they like you they will give you one . Thats ofcourse if you live in the same city
