Hi everyone .... I am new in here and i love what you are doing guys !you've always been my inspiration through my study ! i am an international medical student in my final year now and i intend on doing Step 1 in April 2007 i have the 2004 Kaplan Lecture Notes and i wonder is it important to get the 2006 notes ??? is there much difference between the two of them ?? and i need your advice about my situation ...... currently i have finished Kaplan Physiology & Immunology , HY cell & Molecular Biology ... and about 50 pages of Kaplan Biochemistry ... ( first read , not that concentrated ) do i have enough time till April in order to get well prepared for Step1? any help would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks a lot everyone !

Well to help you out there's not that much of a difference between the 2004 and 2006 if you know your concepts than u know it.....and everything depends on how much time your putting in but i suggest you make sure you have acouple of readings in on the kaplan series before you take the exam so you've atleast seen the matieral twice....good luck with your prep.

Get the new one of course only 4 books got changed anatomy pharma pathology biochemsitry surely the diffrences are gonna be slight! r u expecting a new material other than medicine?? LOL ..take for example in pharma the herbals table its a new addition a friend of mine had a q abt geniko so its better to get it ...few money for an updated info even if it would help in 5 mcqs isnt it worth it
