if a member can't send a PM and he/she got a message saying he/she can't do it cause the 5 PMs/day limit BUT he/she hasn't sent any PM. what would be the possibilities? is anybody using his/her account? or what?

it's not me. it's happening to someone else.

Maybe the account is suspended or banned. I don't know for sure. Let me know what user has problems and I'll try to fix it.

it seems to be the problem is fixed somehow, but if you can, just check it to be sure it's completely fine. By the way, she is my girlfriend. That's why.

I'm glad it was fixed ... maybe because I just upgraded to a new version and some of the bugs were solved.
