I had a very bad experience for CS, although I prepared it very carefully and well, I can remember most questions in FA and USSMLE World.
However I got nervous in the exam and run out of time, I could not perform some PE.
I did:
- Knock the door and ask "Are you ready?" for all cases
- Introduce myself in all cases
- Cover SPs at the begining all cases
- Ask PAMHUSFOSS for all case
- Perform Auscultation of lung and heart for all cases
- Closure and ask "do you have any question?" in all cases.
However I could not finish neuro exam in 2 cases and have to skip some PE, forgot to do mouth exam in patient has cough, forgot to counsel smoking 1 case, forgot to counsel avoid strenuous excercise in 1 case, forgot to counsel diet and excercise...
I missed many things, I am scared now.
Please pray for me.

NO ONE can be thorough....why do ppl think they can do everything in that amt of time?? I barely know anyone that can tell me .... WOW I ASKED EVERYTHING and DID EVERYTHING.... so seriously, just calm down and just wait.
