None of them are direct antagonist of V2 receptors.

Thiazides are used in SIADH.But their mode of action is "Volume depletion".

If you consider that Vasospressin Accelerate the Na-K -2C transporter at TAL ,then Furosemide is direct antagonist.

hey addicudo, leo thinks u're always making mistakes with the questions sticking out tongue
besides , thiazides are useful in Diabetes Insipidus, not SIADH!
demeclocycline and lithium antagonizes ADH

Thanks SSrPk ,thiazides are used in NDI not in SIADH ,that was really a mistake.Probably very hastely posted reply.Please read NDI in place of SIADH

Not the question of feeling bad.Today I seem to be much exausted metally because I have comitted many other mistakes .LOL

Seems as I should take rest for one week.
