In some individuals, sudden standing causes a fall in blood pressure, dizziness, dimness of
vision, and even fainting. The cause of this orthostatic hypotension is:

A. Sympatholytic drug
B. Diabetes
C. Autonomic insufficiency
D. Primary hyperaldosteronism
E. All are correct

The answer would have been E if D had been primary Hypoaldosteronism

Dehydration and autonomic neuropathy are produced by diabetes.
