will a short episode of seizure (a few mins) of a pregnant woman has serious impact on fetus? not counting the bad effect of anti seizure medicine, just the impact of the seizure attack itself.

Not unless if you're sure that there was no transient desaturation noted in mother's pulse ox and her vital parameters remained stable during and after the episode. if she did have airway obstruction due to secretions or laryngospasm, and the seizure definitely lasted a few minutes, there would definitely be a concern about drop in oxygenation for the fetus...
