i am listening to kaplan dvds but i think its really a waste of time,as these people tell only basics and the actual questions in the exam r quite diferent and difficult. so i enquired with my other frens and seniors as wekk,and they too said the same thing.so i would sincerely suggest not to waste time in these,as there are better stuffs available like usmle world,q book. and moreover these dvds gie only false confidence,which is actaully more harmful. well i am not discouraging but i just told what i have come to the conclusion.so all suggestions r welcome

Dont even make the mistake of wasting time on the DVDs.....the entire stuff is in the Kap notes anyways....word for word....! Just do questions and more questions....nuthing else prepares you for the exam. Do all USMLEworld twice.....do Kaplan Qbank (no so great but still good practice)....and Kap notes....thats about it.
