I need advice, i have 1 month to go read kaplan 3-4 times,done with u-world once random, timed tests always, got 58%, will read uw 2nd time now, dont feel confident at all.Is it worth reading it once more? 1 more q, which book is good for last min review? as for step1 i had FA which really helped.

i think for last minute review, the Crush book is very effective.
But your confidence shouldn't be so low! sounds like you've really REALLY prepared! how many people read the books so many times?! I think you should do the NBME exams to really assess where you stand. they will give you a score (although no answers), and it is a very good correlation as to how you'll do on the exam. (they give you a score correlation once you've completed the 4 blocks).
Good luck - and no worries, it's all a mind game (they can only ask you so many questions...) - and you will be the winner!
