Dearest BBB,
I have an idea since I have first-hand experience on this issue and not from the md's standpoint... 
If the tear affects you or another human being I recommend accupunture. I was very skeptical first, because I did not understand how it worked (still don't, but I don't care anymore) but it made the pain go away and helped me move my injured knee which, according to experts, was very important... Of course it only works if you don't have fatal fear of needles... 
If the tear affects other non-humans (like Molly or your horse or cat or some other pet) then I think infinite petting works the best. I did the trick when my dog had a hip problem... As soon as I started to play with her she stopped limping...
On a more serious note I hope you get better soon!

How ,when and where(dont answer where) the tear happened bbb..Its concerning..i hope its a minor injury ...but if not please let us know ..there are so many doctors waiting for one chance to offer you some advice......Avoid taking molly out for a walk for a few days if that helps..Hope you get well soon bbb...God bless you

Thanks all - Molly isn't suffering, even though she just got her shots in the bootie and has a sore gluteous minimus (it's too little to be a maximus).
I'm surviving - thanks for all the good thoughts, and if you pray or prey - it's still the good thoughts that count.
