Hi everyone!
I've scheduled my exam (step 2) on 5 Dec. in Toronto Accidentally yesterday I found that test center was closed. Nobody from Prometric test center has called or e-mail me and didn't inform me. This morning I called them and they just apologised and advised to reschedule in another center in Toronto. I tried to reschedule but there is no availability in Dec. Jan. and Feb.
I am so upset and don't know what to do.
Please, give me advise, what should I do.
I am grateful for reply.

keep your date try somewhere else ,this world is not a fair place but we have to cope up and move on ,count your blessings ,dont falter ,all the best GOD helps those who help themselves regards

perhaps you can go to another city - but a little further out? you may have to spend money on a hotel (and perhaps getting there), but it may be more cost effective in the long run, when you consider that february is soooo far away...

Today I have reschedule my exam on 18 Jan. in another city. And Prometric center has promised to return money for hotel and transfer.
