another Q: Do you give equal chances to applicants that you call for iv? I mean, if you call a double 99 with hands on USCE and a double 90 without USCE. do they start the race from the same line? or PDs do give some advantage to higher credentials?

Those scores are both so high - it's going to be based on how well we think they will fit in the program.

I don't think so, never 2 people are at the same line. Read NRMP Web site.
