In your experience, do you give more weight to LORS that applicants have waived the right to see, or does it really not matter?

Thanks

I don't think that it really matters - It looks better that you trust your letter writer, but at my program, it's no big deal.

in the interview... after the round and all the introduction.. during the formal interview.... do they go through the CV and your ERAS application and LORs or is it just routine questions like, strengths or weakness.. plans for future....etc etc....

I am not sure where to prepare from if clinical ques asked... I have worked in UK and I know my oxford handbooks and Royal College syllabus more then the Step 2 course now..... any suggestions on reading material

This is one of the things that is going to vary from program to program. Some will ask medical questions, some won't.

If you're invited to attend rounds - does the attending ask you q's as well, or e you there just to observe the residents at work?

Sorry, since I have never gone on rounds, I can't answer this.
