This is a question is for BBB and the other very helpful coordinators that advise us daily.
I have been reading this forum, for weeks, well months.....while waiting for possible IV, rejections, or just the hope of a call of some kind. there are many with no interviews, others with few IVs with outstanding scores, exp ect...
With the fact that you guys are directly involved, has this seasons match changed that much compared to before? Is is increased applicates, better students, stricter criteria? it just seems that so odd, but then again i could be over reacting....

More applications than the last 4-5 years.
More highly qualified applicants.
Same number of residency positions.

hate to sound pessimistic but wait till next year .. word is that folks down in the UK are making it even harder for IMGs and guess where everyone'll be heading next match !!

Oh man, I don't even WANT to imagine the scenario next year! I'm at wit's end now....gonna completely loose it if presented with Match 2008! Eeek.....
