You would have a better chance at ebay. just search for usmle step 2 ck and look for lecture notes or kaplan books. Sometimes the seller doesn't write kaplan for the sake of copy write.
I bought my 05-06 edition from there and I am happy  .

Yeh, I heard about him as well. He has a copy of kaplan books and he will provide you with a COPY of the book not the original thing. The problem is that I heard that the papers used in the books are quite cheap and thing (which is something I hate). If you are ok with that then its a bargain.
