Hi guys... thanks and of course welcome. I think we probably arent at the same level of studying... I already read IM from kaplan and now I'm watching the videos. Goodyear seem to be a bit more advanced... but I guess we can daily post some questions, doesnt matter which topic, and we can discuss them here. But please, questions you make up yourself... since I'm planning to do kaplan qbank and usmleworld (and probably you are) I'd really like to use them as self assesment so please dont post questions from them. And OF COURSE, neither from NBME!! So... who wants to start????

in a case of suspected spinal cord compression
1)what is the next best step in management?
2)what is the best initial test?
3)what is the best diagnostic test?
4)what the most sensitive test?
5)what is the most accurate test?
comeon guys,, start posing questions,....the more we discuss the more we will retain stuff in our brain

hi HSP! Thank you for your contribution... I already read neuro for the first time, but I dont remember much about it, I am watching the videos and I'm on Rheumato right now. But all I think I remember is that the most accurate test is an MRI from the spine. Those are very good questions though and if no one can answer, could you answer it yourself? 
I have another one... A 20 yo nurse comes to the hospital for weakness and headaches, her BP is in the normal low range and in the lab values you found her to have marked hypokalemia, hypernatremia and metabolic alkalosis... 2 things you should consider in that scenario.
