Can any one help me to understand the folic acid cycle starting from its intake and absorbtion to DNa synthesis passing by the dihydrofolate reductase ! as i read it in Goljan under megaloblastic anemia and couldnt understand , especially the point of converstion of dihydrofolate to tetra hydrofolate ? from where this dihydrofolate came!?
