the presence vs absence of histidine aa is the main factor determining the termination of the translation through the rate or speed of assembling aa by the ribosome and interaction between the ribosome and the RNA plymerase.. any body can explain the exact mechanism by which the speed of the ribosome can affect the rho independent termination of the transcription..???
