Hi
i need some advice, its Nov 14th and i had been expecting interview calls in Nov but ..not a single one..now i dont know what to do.
Should I call the programs for the status of my application?
Is there any possibility this will go against me?
I had applied to 51 progs..mainly IM[75%]. Now I am wondering should I apply in more fields?

I am also hearing there are more applicants this year.
So how does that affect an indivijuals chances.
Should one expect fewer calls.
What are the average calls this year?
What number of calls should be considered adequate?

Any help will be HIGHLY appreciated.

At wits end.....

If any changes happened to your CV, send an email, update your credential. it won't hurt anything.

I'm no forum guru, but I was wondering when you applied. Perhaps its too early to get the calls if your application was submitted fairly recently?

and also try to find out if the interview slots are already full. this is happening with most of community programs.

No, i applied to 30 by mid sept and few more in mid oct

I am wondering how many is the average no of interviews per head.
is it 10-12 like last year?

Depends if you're an AMG or an IMG I guess, I really don't know.

I applied beginning November and hav't heard back yet except for rejections. Perhaps you could try calling the programs since you applied more than a month ago?
