25 years old man rushes into the examination room,and yells at physcian, "what's it with this place, doc, i could not find parking for half an hour. your secretary has put me in damn f***** freezing waiting room. what do you guys think of your selves?............at this juncture...what is the most appropriate response for the physican?
a.get lost, i cant be your physician!
b.i can see that you are upset!!
c. are you allways this upset!!!
d.i wont see you unless you calmdown
e.tell me moreabout your anger!!!
f.shall i refer you to another physician?

yes, choice B is the correct answer. it is indeed appropriate to acknowledge patient's anger.try remedy that if possible
