q. An adult's hemoglobin is 98% saturated with oxygen, but arterial oxygen content is decreased. The most likely cause of this condition is
A) anemia
B) an arteriovenous shunt

When Hb is 98% saturated but O2 content is still decreased , it means there is too little
Hb that inspite of it being 98% saturated , total O2 has decreased i.e anemia.
