what are the advantages of grafting internal mammary artery and radial artery over saphenous vein grafting? in coronary artery bypass surgery
What is the reason for the internal thoracic artery ITA to remain patent and more functional for a longer time , as compared to the saphenous vein graft?
is it because the ITA is muscular compared to the saphenous vein?
