zahir, an IMG comes to psychiatrist . he tells that he has prepared himself extensively for boards but was not successful. he appeared sad,unshaven, and unkempt. he tells ,he is feeling guilty, has wasted time, should have stuided better,............had he joined that particular course, result could have been different. what is the most apporpriate response for the physician?
a. tell me more about feelings of guilt.
b.dont feel guilty , nobody could have done better
c.dont feel guilty, you have put your effort
d.there are many who are not successful with boards
e.c'mon, boards after all is tough, it is not your fault!
