B) Postganglionic sympathetic

I know this was discussed but couldn't find the thread. so, what's the answer? I think is D

It is an atropine-like reaction which is caused by postganglionic "sympathetic" inhibtion, recall that skin is innervated by sympathetic (but muscarinic receptor) receptors
