thanks.. i've one doubt:

27 was already discussed but i dunno if there was a final answer.. it was disputed between C and D

Picky q...I would take infection because "His diabetes is usually well controlated" so he is a compliant patient.
MCC of ketoacidosis is an infection (Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research ) but some studies demonstated lack of treatment is MCC.
