i think its B bacterial vaginosis...clue cells would be seen

B is right... What else can give a fishy odor? Is it just Gardnerella? or can it be Trichomonas too? How would Trichomonas present?

The answer is gardenella vaginosis here there is odor and th ph is around five in trichomonas the ph is usually higher than five the management for both is metronidazole
