Hi guys, according to the Book MASTERING THE USMLE STEP 2 CS BY JO-ANN RETEGUIZ, we are supposed to tell the SP the initial treatment and prognosis based on the most probable diagnosis...

I´m confused since other books mention we are not supposed to tell the SP about this 2

Please help me with this doubt..., thanks.
