26. A 19 year old man sustains a stab wound to the left anterior axillary line at the firth intercostal space. The patient has distended neck veins with a blood pressure of 70/30 mmHg; heart sounds are distant. Lung examination reveals bilaterally equal breath sounds. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?

A. Bronchopleural Fistula
B. Left Ventricular rupture
C. Massive hemothorax
D. Pericardial Tamponade

rt atrium &rt ventricle are anterior just behind sternum---not lt ventricle
