from what i know, residents routienly push the 80 hour work week and not very optamistic about fellowships. dont be surprized to pull blood your self. residents have been turned down rotations/electives at some of the nearby prestigous programs in NY.
they do offer prematches.
this is just one person's opinion so take it for what its worth.
