[c]..out of all Quetiapine boasts of the least "absolute" Contraindication..Olanzapine precipitates Diabetic ketoacidosis in DM patients..Risperidone and Ziprasidone can cause av blocks..this patient already has one.Pimozide is cardiotoxic..can cause qt prolongation and cardiac arrhythmias.. Quetiapine should also be used with caution coz it has a tendency to cause hypotension.Since there is no absolute CI I will go for this drug in this patient. Plz let me know ur answer. gl npas
