yes.. but pneumonia is a little bit different than the rest and the effect of pnumonia is more dramatic, for it "puts on hold" the function of the alveoli involved, so I'd choose D

Since all if them affect diffusion, I guess you just have to know what it looks like. i probably would have put silicosis or lobar, I'm not sure

D Pneumonia due to Lobar, which is where the Alveolar are located and the other choices do affect the lung but not just this tissue and affect over all performance, silicosis affects late in the disease where Lobar Pneumonia is instant
