Pregnency is a hyperdynamic state ie ECF is increased so 1- migraine headaches will be aggravated as migrainous headache is a vascular phenomenon 2-epilepsy ?? 3-multiple sclerosis My reason is as its autoimmune disease so when ECF is increased the antibodies are diluted and so the effect of these protein decreases 4-pseudotumour ???? 5-MVP Gets severe due to same above reason 6-graves disease gets better as antibodies are diluted any body correct me if wrong

My views : 1. Migraine headaches - Improves Migraine gets better during the second and third trimesters 2.Epilepsy - gets worse seizures will occur more often 3.multiple sclerosis - Improves MS symptoms decrease in pregnancy and increase during the postpartum period 4.pseudotumour - gets worse 5.MVP - gets worse 6.Graves diseae - gets worse and gets better - Controversial women with active Graves’disease during pregnancy are at higher risk to develop thyroid storm in first trimester but studies also suggest that it often improves during the third trimester of pregnancy and then again worsens in the postpartum period
