hi
i have recently uploaded a new lor in my eras file.it has been around 15 days now and in between i have attended 3 interviews. all programs show that lor has been downloaded but nobody had that on file and i had to request them to c that.
so the new documents don't go into our file automatically. is that the trend in all programs or all 3 were exceptions.
i have already e mailed programs around a week back abt my new lor and in my last interview again the lor was mssing.
what should i do to get that lor in my file as it is my externship lor and very good too. i think i m missing a lot due to this.
pls tell me should i have to call the pc's of programs i m intrested in

The PC might have printed your application prior to your LOR or other documents arrival.
