one mol of glucose how many ATP (numerically talking) produces in the aerobic and in the anaerobic pathway?
Please help. :?:

Aerobic pathway :38 moles of ATP from 1 mole of glucose(2 ATP'S from glycolysis + 36 ATP'S from kreb's)

Anerobic :total ATP's produced are less than what is seen with aeroic glycolysis.The no. of ATP'S produced will depend on which shuttle is used(approx . 6 ATP/glucose if glycerol shuttle and 8 ATP /glucose if malate shuttle)
