Ecthyma gangrenosum , Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Erythematous or purpuric macules develop into haemorrhagic bullae, which rupture, resulting in a punched-out ulcer with a dense black depressed centre and raised edges. Patients are likely to have an underlying condition, such as cancer, immunodeficiency syndrome, extensive burns, and malnutrition.
