If this ist the university hospital (Dallas), it is a very good programme!
2 years ago, they took IMG, last year noone (although they gave some interviews to IMGs) . What are your credentials? Good luck

Hi I am a graduate of 2001, GC holder, step 1/84, step 2/98, step 2CS/pass, research/clinical experience in US. Go for short track.
The interview at Southwester went great, it was very informal and no tricky questions, the program is excellent, great attendings, and oustanding research facilities (4 nobel prizes) there were good numbers of IMGs. What gave me the opportunity to interview there was my research experience: 1 postdoctoral grant, 8 peer-review articles, one book chapter and 3 international awards. All in the Hypertension field.
Other places I will interview: UCSF, UAB,Vanderbilt.
