hi, can anyone tell me in detais, how to do that?
My score is reported.
If i pass then from the beginning will it not allow me to apply for step 1?Or i can start the application but i will not be able to submit it?
If i failed then , will it let me apply & then after completing the application , will i be able to submit it?What's the difference?
please let me know.
