Just got back from 2 days of excrutiating torture.
Day1 was fair, long qs, i had practiced fast reading while doing uw. My computer crashed in the last block so i had to wait about 45mins for it to be rectified by prometric. After that, i got anxious and could hardly concentrate, overall i am not sure of how well i performed.
Day2 would have been better if i had managed my ccs properly, but i messed up 3 cases from the begining, this really give me cause for worries.
Now i am done, i hope to pass, step is a tough and traumatizing exam, you really not want to do it twice and this is my prayer for all us.
Now i guess i have to wait, and pray .Goodluck all.

uw helps a great deal, almost the same level of difficulty with exam. still u need to cleverly eliminate other options and chose among 2 or 3 options left. 10-15% are straight forward, short and precise. also had 2 qs with exact same options as the usmle cd, so it ll be nice to do them the week of ur test. goodluck
