Doesn't have much differnce. The goal of doing questions is to get some familiarity with the real exam. I did the 1200 one. another thing, don't concentrate much on testing, read books and review at least one time. you will get good score. GL

thank you very much amirhossein .....last time i had 171/70 on step 1 and all what i did is books like fa and others but i find out that questions helped me remember the material way better ..so this time i decide to do mainly questions and read only stuff around the questions that i do not know.....that was my strategy ( i mean i read fa and schneider pathology many times it did not improve my score .......i do admit that last time i did not do much questions

i think that you still have to read review books. you can't just only do questions.
