Here is the link , but it is in Djvu format , and you will need the software to be able to view it . Yo can download a free trial version online.

Hi hiranmayi!
I think you have to log in the password that they give immediately. if you don't, your download session expires and you have t go through everything again- like click on the free option and then wait more than a minute for your download ticket.
At the beginning, rapidshare doesn't say "file not found" or something like "file removed, complaints received?" I not, then then the file is still there, you just have to try again.

Anmelie , you are very right about it . The file is still there . The link does not let you downloed for free '' back to back '' . You need to wait and try again later. I can assure you , it is still there, just try it. Good luck .
