Someone who has been thru it...Do we need to know the origins/insertions of muscles..all those flexors and extensors..do we need to try and learn them?

i've never seen a question dealing directly with that. i did have plenty of UL, LL injuries and one asking to identify a muscle on an mri. its good to know action of muscles and innervation though
