A 8 year old's Mom should have known if the child is PKU or not. It is mandatory to test when a child is tested for PKU and a positive test will further alert the doctor to undergo more confirmatory test.

The correct answer is C. I just got done diong a dermatology rotatoin. Here is the quick and dirty.
The actual sun protection idfference between spf 15 and 45 is estimated less than 2% (that isn't a typo!) so there is really no great difference in protection. The main thing is to get the suncreen on which reaises the next quesiton.
Water-proof suncreen- lasts for up to 1 hour if swimming in the water
Water-resistant sunscreen- lasts for up to 15 min if swimming in the water.
Generally recommended to advice application of suncreen 30-45 min before swimming and apply after.
I amonly the reported. This is out of the horse's mount (dermatologist) cause we talked about this exact thing in clinic!
Summariznig point. SPF doesn't matter. In addition, ALL RACES regardless of skin color should use sun protection. UVB is the cluprit here folks.

Phyneylketonuria would be mentioned by the mother: they said " the 8yr old was healthy".
There is no rule that u have to be restricted to one choice alone.. Besides, its not as if the choices are mutually exclusive and act against each other. I have seen parents resort to taking every precaution.
