Hey!! I have applied to the Kaiser hospitals in the Bayarea.... not a squeak from them so far. BTW.... hows it going with the CA programs in general , Mindmentor? I got another call .... from Kern Med. Center. What about u?

What do you think- even if I have interviews from CA, I don't feel all that good coz I my chances of matching as a visa seeker are low here.

Hi kd! My creds are posted in some previous thread.... 99/99/pass/us LOR n I need an H1 visa.
Mindmentor... cud u share the 3 places in Ca ? I have iv calls from Kern, Fresno, and Santa Barbara.... and I guess if they r calling us for an iv, they wud b prepared to sponsor the visa too. Besides this year it looks like a lot of people r not even applying to Ca programs ..... bcos of the Ca letter and competitiveness ..... well somebody's gotta apply there!!!

My creds are not so impressive: 99/95/pass/3USLOR/no USCE/97graduate/GC
Actually I received this inv very early, maybe late Sept or early Oct when my file was not complete yet (one LOR missing). That is my first inv received. Kind of interesting. So far I only have 5 IM inv, mostly in CA. Don't know why, I applied so many NY programs, so far only have one inv from a very so-so program.

I am from CA too & applying here....can any1 tell me if the CHARLES R DREW UNIV got closed or something??
