your application will NOT be rejected. The programs download the documents everyday and maintain a file. The file gets reviewed by program director only when it has all the required documents. If the file doesnt have all the documents, it just sits there and waits for the remaining documents to be available to ERAS post office so they can be downloaded and put in your file.
