Hello, I`m trying to apply to step 3 in the following days... Can anybody tell me which states allow IMG's to take the test without the year of postgraduate training??? I plan to take the test before the match...

Isther, just go for connecticut, its the simplest one in order of requirements. You can end up giving it anywhere you want, doesn't have to be connecticut. The processing doesn't take too long. And unlike popular belief, your 105 days start when they mail you the permit and not when you register online. Good luck!
