WILM'S TUMOR = IN infants . palpable abd mass . ass with anemia .

it is the MCC of palpable abd mass

  #7

but what about jaudice? metastasis?

  #8

Can it be newborn jaundice?

Please, note that neuroblastoma is the third most common cancer in the pediatric population (after leukemia and CNS tumors).
Calcifications and hemorrhages are seen on plain x - ray and CT scan.
In this case, anemia could be due to hemorrhages and jaundice to liver metastases , which define a Stage IV or IV - S.
Generally, sospect Wilms tumor in a young child of 2 - 5 years of age with a localized abdominal mass and hematuria. If the child age is less than 1 year, suspect neuroblastoma.

NEUROBLASTOMA

Shall go with neuroblastoma.
H'age with in tumor and then calcification which can be marked on xray.H'ge often extends outside the tumour.
Age-infant Wilm's is in child
Anemia and jaundice is present in neuroblastoma and I guess it is due to h'age

Okay so the general consensus is neuroblastoma....thanks guys
