How will u manage a solitary breast mass...... in a 22 year old female? in a 60 year old femle? in a 13 year old boy?

yup!!!!! correct for a 13 year old boy, it's wait and follow up because it's normal during puberty because of hormonal imbalance

for 22 year old female......... physical examination,visit after 6 weeks, to check for the hormonal changes, if the mas still persists then FNAC for 60 year old female suspicion of carcinoma is very high there fore mamography and then FNAC for cytology, then if the flid is bloody , the mass persists then we go for preerably excisional biopsy.and then plan the furhther treatent options.
