19 yr, developes hematuria, proteinuria
3 weeks ago, he had superficial cellulitis of the right proximal thigh and buttock.
his condition most likely to be secondary to infection with

a.E.coli
b.pseudomonas aeruginosa
c.staphylococcus aureus
d.staphylococcus epidermidis
e.streptococcus pyogen
