40 yr old woman discover a breast mass during self-examination.
At a routine health maintenance exam 2 month agao, her physician had told her all findings were normal.
After having a mammogram that is suspicious for breast cancer, the patient begins to wonder if her physician failed to notice the lump during the examination 2 months ago.

she is most likely to sue the physician under which of the following circumstance?

A.occurence of breast CA
B.poor communication bt doc and the patient
c.potential finacial reward for the patient
D.strong pressure from the family member

I think it's might be B...but if the patient get cancer, that will be a big emotional factor to sue the doc....
