I am now so frustate about prelim PGY-1 position. Now seeking for the programs to apply more on this highly competitive prelim year. Do u think apply now in New York might help? Please tell me how many programs should be enough to secure position? i am an old grad(7 years), have done IM in home country, score 85/95/passed, never have USCE.
